I wish I could or I will?

I wish I could exercise more.
I wish I could eat healthier.
I wish I could be a coach.
I wish I could launch a new business.

Wishing is really just Hope Strategy - meaning you hope one day it will happen.

The thing is hoping and wishing won't move you forward.

Hoping and wishing is an avoidance strategy. It's a procrastination technique!

If you truly want to change your life, all it takes is for you to make a decision.

Once you make the decision that starting today I will exercise more than you are able to put together a strategy to do just that.

I will exercise more by every day going for a walk at 7 am.Once you make that decision, your life will change.
